At K9 Logic, we know how important it is that you provide your dog with the best care and give them all attention they need. However, that is not always possible with long work-days and hectic schedules. If your dog is spending 8 hours alone during the day (that’s 1/3 of the day!) while you are at work, they are not getting the attention, exercise, mental stimulation and social interaction they need to thrive.
That built-up energy can lead to unwanted behaviors such as non-stop barking, whining, destruction and separation anxiety, just to name a few. If this is the case in your household, we have your solution: K9 Logic Dog Day Camp, the first structured, trainer-run dog daycare in Los Angeles.
Our dog day camp is the only dog daycare in Los Angeles that truly provides the structured, safe and social experience that your dog is craving. A more structured dog daycare environment promotes not only mental and physical well-being but prevents unnecessary fights, frustration, anxiety and exhaustion that can often occur in the 8-hour, free-play daycare atmosphere. If your dog has been turned away or unsuccessful at other dog daycares, you may be left feeling like they are a “bad dog.” But often, that is not that case at all – it simply was not the right environment for them.
Many dog daycares simply put your dog into one of two categories: small dog or large dog. At K9 Logic, your dog is so much more to us than that! We evaluate each dog individually, taking into consideration breed, size, age, temperament and any behavioral tendencies. This allows us to find the ideal social group for your dog and place him or her in a small play group. Socializing in this small group setting allows us to avoid fights and ensure safety, which we know is always the number one priority for your dog.
Because our LA dog daycare is run by our experienced trainers, we can use this structured play environment, as well as other activities like treadmills and agility courses, to create a routine and build upon your dog’s training. Have a dog with high energy, anxiety or insecurity? These activities will help build their confidence each day to work towards overcoming these behaviors.
The goal of our dog day camp is to not only send home a tired dog, but create structure, consistency and routine while they are with us. This helps to eliminate bad habits, build new life skills and create a more balanced dog overall. That way when they are home, you can enjoy the perks of pet ownership.

Safety: Because of our structure, experienced trainers and smaller play groups, our dog daycare is a much safer option than other daycares or being at home alone – especially if your dog exhibits destructive behaviors. At K9 Logic, safety is our number one priority we monitored very dog closely.
Exercise: One of the major benefits is that your dog will get both physical and mental exercise daily which is so important for your dog’s overall health and well-being. It gives dogs an outlet to exercise, which prevents unhealthy weight gain, provides relief from boredom, diminishes separation anxiety and eliminates any unwanted behaviors like barking, chewing and digging while you are not home.
Establish a Routine: Dogs, like humans, are creatures of habit. Every day at a specific time, he or she will leave you to spend time with us. Our staff will have a schedule of activities that will keep your dog entertained, invigorated and exhausted – which we know you’re looking for!·
Attention: We’ll provide them with the loving attention and affection that dogs need on a regular basis. At K9 Logic, our staff members are chosen because they have a passion for working with dogs. We’re all pet owners as well and promise that we will treat your dog like our own! To need to worry that your dog will be lonely, because a staff member will be with your dog from the time they arrive until you pick them up.
Social Skills: During our social play time, we’ll match dogs in a smaller setting who has similar energy, age, and temperament to encourage a well-socialized dog. This will make dogs less likely to react with fear or aggression when experiencing new things because they will build confidence. It also makes for an easier, more relaxed, and less stressed dog (and that translates to the human!)
Confidence: Have a shy or insecure dog? Dog daycare will boost your dog’s confidence by interacting with our well-trained dogs with different temperaments and small group setting. As they interact with the others and become more comfortable, their confidence levels will rise! Constant interaction with other well behaved dogs will make your dog a lot calmer, confident, and less likely to exhibit unwanted behavior.
Peace of Mind for Busy Owners: For you, the dog owner, you will enjoy peace of mind knowing that your dog is being well-cared for while you are at work, eliminating any guilt you may have felt while he was home alone for so many hours at a time.
A Tired Dog is a Happy Dog: A dog who has been active and well-cared for throughout the day will naturally get tired. When a dog is tired, he tends to be more content, which in turn, makes you, the owner happy as well. Instead of having to work out all your dog’s pent up energy when you get home from work, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing night with your dog.
